You are purchasing your spot(s) for the June 26-29 crop that will be held at TownePlace Suites Marriott 120 Fair Brook Pl Clarksville, TN.
Note you are purchasing a spot for our crop. You could be at a 6 foot rectangle table or a 60 inch round table depending on hotel inventory. Two people sit to a round table with one to rectangle. There will be electrical at each table but bring an extension cord or tower. If you are cold I would suggest bringing a sweater just to be sure.
Crop fee is NON REFUNDABLE due to contractual obligations with the hotel. You may sell your spot by posting in our Creative for Less Facebook group and then notify us who bought it.
We have a room block. We have held Crops in this Venue previously and always had a great time. Breakfast is only included if you stay at the hotel. You can book your room here at this link: Book your group rate for CREATIVE FOR LESS
You will be able to buy the number of spots you want for your group. If you want to be seated together you must buy together. This makes it simpler all the way around for us and you. If you don’t have a group, that is fine we will make groups with other singletons, and groups of two or three etc.
Let’s say for example there are six of you. One person buys six spots. Those six spots are yours. If someone can’t go or wants to swap out with someone else then you guys take care of it. Crop time rolls around and we know that group of six was bought together and needs a table grouping of six. You arrive at the crop and a group of six tables is marked with the one name to reserve it for you. All communication of the crop goes through the purchaser and they can share with their group and we will also post to our Facebook group.
You can pay by card, OR payments should be received within one week by either mail or Venmo. You can mail a check (address shown at checkout) or you can pay with Venmo by sending your payment for all the tables you bought to @Scarlet-Morgan-1
