You are purchasing your spot(s) for the July 18-21 crop that will be held at SpringHill Suites by Marriott at 5629 Nashville Road, Franklin, KY. The event center, hotel and The Mint are all connected. What is The Mint you say? Well it is slot machines and bingo with two full restaurants.
Note you are purchasing a spot for our crop. You could be at a 6 foot rectangle schoolroom table which are 6 foot by 18 inches deep or a 60 inch round table in order to make numbers work correctly. Two people sit to a round table with one to rectangle.
Crop fee is NON REFUNDABLE due to contractual obligations with the hotel. You may sell your spot by posting in our Creative for Less Facebook group and then notify us who bought it.

You will be able to buy the number of spots you want for your group. If you want to be seated together you must buy together. This makes it simpler all the way around for us and you. If you don’t have a group, that is fine we will make groups with other singletons, and groups of two or three etc.
Let’s say for example there are six of you. One person buys six spots. Those six spots are yours. If someone can’t go or wants to swap out with someone else then you guys take care of it. Crop time rolls around and we know that group of six was bought together and needs a table grouping of six. You arrive at the crop and a group of six tables is marked with the one name to reserve it for you. All communication of the crop goes through the purchaser and they can share with their group and we will also post to our Facebook group.
You book your room separate from the crop fee. No food is provided by the crop. Fee covers the cost of the ballroom rental and your table space. This new venue does not allow any outside food or beverage. They have two restaurants on site or you can go less than a mile to the interstate and have some food choices or you can go about three miles into town for a bunch more choices. This also means we will not have a snack table as no outside food is allowed. If you are staying at the hotel you can keep your food in your room and that gives you a good reason to get up and stretch your legs. 🙂
You can pay by card, OR payments should be received within one week by either mail or Venmo. You can mail a check (address shown at checkout) or you can pay with Venmo by sending your payment for all the tables you bought to @Scarlet-Morgan-1
